Hi! I'm Whitney!

I am the owner of AJ Photography. I started my passion for photography when I was in high school. I joined the yearbook committee and had the honor of photographing the images for a few of the sports pages. When I saw people's reactions to the images I was able to capture, I knew this was something I wanted to do. Since my time in high school, I have kept photography as a hobby. I would capture events for friends (baby showers, birthdays etc.). I am always the person in the group making everyone come together for a picture or having to stop along the way 'because that would make such a great picture'! I've been told I have an eye for photography but I just like to capture beautiful moments.

A little about my family life. I am married to my wonderful husband, Jeff. Sometimes he comes along with me on these shoots. He is also my photographer for when I want updated headshots or just some pictures with the kids. We both own our own business and met in 2015 as servers at The Cheesecake Factory in Brandon, FL. We have two beautiful children- Owen & Ava Jade. I am an animal lover and always have been since I was a little girl. I have had a variety of animals (dogs, cats, chickens, goats, guinea pigs, hamsters) and I rode horses for a few years in my childhood. So when I tell you I would absolutely LOVE to photograph you and your pets, I really really mean it! Some of my best portraits have been of dogs!

As your photographer, I will work with you to capture beautiful memories that bring you back to that moment every time you look at the image. I would love to share my art with you and your family!
